A charro hat with a "galón" is a traditional Mexican wide-brimmed hat featuring an ornate decorative band or braid (galón) around the crown (toquilla) and along the edge of the brim (ribete).

Nice Color
The color is nice and matched what we needed perfectly, but the price was a little to high for the quality....I had to re-glue some of the rope around the edge of the trim and some seams were noticeable where it was connected. Over all it OK for the 1 hat we needed.
