If returning merchandise:
1) We must be notified at the time you received themerchandise (within 5 days)
2) When we are notified we will give you an authorization . The item has
to be returned within two weeks of the invoice date and in perfect condition.
3) No refunds or returns after two weeks.
4) There will be a 10% restocking fee on all returns, plus the freight.
5) Shoes can be exchange for another size at no extra charge, if returned there
will be a 10% restocking fee.
6) Charro suits and folklorico apparel are special order item absolutely no refunds

if in stock can it be exchanged for another size also in stock. Before any costume
is shipped, all the details need to be discussed with the client.
